Melda is a mother of two boys, who are 3 and 5 years old. She is proud to be the wife of an elder in their local church, where she is part of the choir. She and her husband enjoy watching soccer together and grow sugar cane on a small scale to earn an income. Melda expects to deliver her baby in a health facility, unlike her previous two, who were delivered at home. She is glad to be delivering in a hospital so that she can learn more about properly caring for her child as he or she grows up.
